BACKSTORY

Orellana is a descendant from an ancient cult that praised the god Helios many centuries ago. She was raised in the state of Solius alongside her younger brother, Vira. Orellana enjoyed a relatively simple life thanks to her wonderful parents. The young woman was brought up by her great-great grandmother, great grandmother, grandmother, and mother to become a fellow Sunlight Priestess. Thus, Orellana was taught sun-based magic, a derivative of Light Magic, and proper healing techniques to help traveling Sages who needed healing from injuries or aliments. Orellana was extremely happy with her role as a priestess because it allowed her to meet so many amazing people and defenders of her homeland. Orellana along with her brother, Vira, grieved after the passing of their great-great grandmother, but they knew she would now rest peacefully, as many other deceased individuals did, in the Spirit Realm. Orellana continued to work alongside the women in her family in aiding those in need of her assistance. Sometimes, Orellana even worked with various guilds to act as their healer in their more difficult missions. Overall, Orellana enjoyed her life despite the dangers of her world, and she continuously strived towards a better tomorrow.

TRIVIA

Orellana along with Kekoa and Haven were characters I purchased from other artists and obtained the full rights to the characters.

Orellana was originally from the state Paraben in my earlier write-up for her, but that was never a finalized idea for the character. Unless it's on the official, profile any details I give for a character are never 100% canon.

Orellana shares magical similarities to Jia Xiaoyu and Dorothea. However, she is unlike Xiaoyu who uses pure light magic and Dorothea who uses mystical water and light magic. Orellana's powers are more related to the sun.

Orellana was originally going to be a demi-God, thus the child of the god Helios. However, I changed that idea while developing her canonical backstory.

Vira, despite being a woman's name, is the name of her younger cisgender male brother. Vira is a character that I intend to give further info on in 2023.

Skill Set Explanation

1. Solar Pinch: Orellana throws a projectile of sunlight at her target. This attack does not cause burns but is harmful nonetheless

2. Blistering Heat: Orellana creates a ball of heat in her palm which scorches a target within range of the attack

3. Rising Sun: Orellana infuses her left palm in burning energy as she performs a multi hitting leaping uppercut

4. Solar Sneak (Counter Attack): Orellana goes in a cowardly stance and is hit by a standing physical attack. Orellana reveals she was only pretending to be scared. Orellana immediately surrounds her body in burning light energy which she uses to create an explosion which sends her enemy flying

5. Solar Ball (In Air) While in the air Orellana throws a burning energy ball towards her grounded opponent

6. Paraben Hammer: Orellana performs a speedy fist strike then follows up with a swift kick that knocks her opponent into the air

DIVINE RUINATION

Even Sun: Orellana summons a burning energy ball in her left hand and a solar ball in her right hand. Orellana combines the two energy ball as she strikes her opponent. The opponent is first trapped inside a gigantic yellow solar ball before the orb changes neon red. Upon the ball changing from yellow to red it explodes with the opponent inside of it. The explosion sends Orellana's opponent flying towards the ground as they are engulfed in flames

BIO: Orellana is a kindhearted young lady from Paraben, one of the seventy states of Mayland. The daughter of a Maylander woman and a Swedish man. During her mother's pregnancy with her the God Helios from the Realm of Mystilia had decided to imbue his divine solar powers into the growing embryo. Upon the birth of Orellana the newborn showed immediate signs of magical abilities as her body glowed in a radiant energy like that of the sun. Growing up despite the various dangers in her country, Orellana alongside her brother Vira lived a relatively normal life as they had loving parents and were taught how to defend themselves at an early age. Now as an adult Orellana uses her magic to protect the citizens of Paraben as she continuously trains herself to become an even stronger sage

Orellana

Orellana is the latest character to join the FORBIDDEN universe and the third adoptable character (Kekoa & Leslie being the other two). I cannot wait to create her story and skill set in the near future. Also I will have to commission to have an artist to redraw her with minor changes
