FORBIDDEN - Character Redesigns & New Challengers

 Hey everyone first and foremost. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my blog and followed my FORBIDDEN series. I apologize for updates being so slow but a lot has been going on in my everyday life. Thus it hindered me from being as active as I would have liked. I hope 2025 will be a much better year for FORBIDDEN and myself. Anyways below is updated concept designs for established characters as well as new characters coming in the future

1. Sung Jin - The young and handsome Korean idol who possessed lava based magic. Sung Jin has gained a new design for a new era as many K-Pop Idols constantly reinvent themselves. Sung Jin's new design is inspired by WONHO's "Blue" era

2. King Onyx Carnival - Onyx recently received an updated design so the chances of his "Pink Supernova" concept design isn't something I'm rushing to have done but it's a cool outfit concept nonetheless. It may be implemented in the future. However I want to complete more original characters before revisiting King Onyx once again

3. Tharcisio Garrido - A half human half elf that hails from Brazil. While I do not have everything set up for Tharcisio in full detail. I have been wanting to introduce a half human half elf character to my FORBIDDEN series for a long time. So I definitely hope to get Tharcisio drawn by a professional artist in early 2025. Hopefully by that time I will have Tharcisio's powers/back story already in place so I can have his profile available shortly after his official design is completed 

4. Eligor Raphael & Sir Crispin - Eligor comes from Earth 100 a magical earth that shares similarities with Earth 135. Eligor is a reformed evil wizard that decided to become a farmer after ending his villainous ways. During the years he was neighbors with a mysterious man named Lord Taylor and his cat, Sir Crispin. While Eligor did not care for Sir Crispin, he greatly admired Lord Taylor and harbored romantic feelings for him. Unfortunately one evening Lord Taylor did not return home which led Sir Crispin to seek out Eligor. Upon learning about Lord Taylor's disappearance. The two would travel together in order to find Lord Taylor who had disappeared somewhere in Earth 135

6. Queen Othello Strongs - The mother of Mihoshi, Hellin, and Orsela and the current ruler of Babylon. Othello is the promiscuous Queen who possesses an array of deadly abilities but is best known for her telepathic and poison based powers. Othello is another character I want to give an updated design in 2025

7. Livonia (Surname will come later) - Livonia is a demon hunter that hails from England. Livonia's desire to deal with dangerous demons led her to being the first human to reside in The Underworld. However due to the Miasma and being a human in a realm full of dangerous beings. The Underworld's current ruler, Lady Johanna forbade Livonia for remaining in The Underworld unless she underwent the transformation into a Darken. Reluctant at first since Livonia felt becoming a Darken was just a discount version of being a demon. Fortunately both Lisa-Alice & Nikiema would work together in order to make Livonia a special type of Darken. After being killed by Lisa-Alice in order to begin Livonia's transformation into a Darken. Nikiema would use her holy powers to aid in Livonia's resurrection. Thus unlike other Darkens. Even when tapping into the darkness within her soul. It would never take over Livonia's sanity thus she is always in control over herself. Along with becoming a Darken, Livonia's weapon magic has greatly enhanced

Backstory

Bloodline Origin

Many centuries ago in Guangzhou, a man by the name of Xubin was framed for the murder of his wife. In reality, it was his jealous brother, Hong, who killed his brother's wife after she refused him. Xubin knew he was innocent and between that and his heartbreak of losing his wife, a normally kind man began forming malice in his heart. At his public execution among a crowd of watchers was a female demon who managed to hide her presence thanks to wearing a magical cloak. The demon used her empathic abilities to communicate with Xubin as he was about to be executed. Xubin pleaded with the demon to take his soul. The demon did just that, so at the time when Xubin was beheaded, the man felt no pain because his soul had already departed his physical body. 

Shortly after the demon returned to her home in the Underworld (the realm of demons), she fornicated with a male demon. Becoming pregnant, she gave birth several months later to an infant male demon and named the child Xubin. Her child was indeed the reincarnation of the Chinese man who was wrongfully executed. Now reborn as a demon, he would grow. Xubin grew up to be a mighty demon. He went back to China specifically to murder those responsible for his death when he was human, including Hong, his brother in his past life, who he discovered was responsible for framing him and murdering his then wife. Upon avenging his past self, Xubin returned to the Underworld and began making a new family of his own. Many centuries later through Xubin's bloodline, a succubus named Xi was born.

The Life Of The Succubus Seer

Xi along with her two elder brothers, Yim and Fel-Long, were descendants of the legendary demon Xubin. They were raised by their parents to quickly tap into their potential and to make sure they proved their worth in the world of demons. Yim specialized in Earth magic, Fei-Long in curse magic, and Xi possessed the ability to see various events in the future. Their parents trained them to hone their abilities and once one of their children reached the age of 25, they would be forced out of the house in order to stand on their own. Xi was the last of the three children to leave the house. Unlike her brothers who left exactly when they turned 25, Xi left her parents at the age of twenty-two. 

Living as a nomad within the Underworld for several years in order to hone her survival skills, Xi eventually followed a demon by the name of Bastian to China, a place within the Mortal Realm. The two soon went their separate ways as Bastian's purpose was to only hunt for prey. Xi, on the other hand, had ambitions much greater than the average demon. Learning about a practice called Taoism several years prior from her father, Xi was interested in learning more about the practice because she believed it would be beneficial to her growing precognitive abilities.

Xi remained in China for several years, making sure to keep her demonic presence hidden because of China's strict laws of executing any demon on sight. Thankfully, Xi managed to make friends with a male couple who practiced Taoism, and they trained her in the art as well. Eventually, Xi bade farewell to her human teachers and returned to her native realm. Xi traveled to Babylon, a powerful empire within the Underworld, and became employed by its then ruler, Diablo Rojas. Serving as the King of Babylon's advisor, Madame Xi used her abilities to assist Diablo in making the best decisions for his kingdom as well as making him aware of possible threats to his throne. Although Madame Xi did her job very well, unfortunately, Diablo wasn't exactly a kind ruler. Whenever Diablo was in a bad mood, he was known to lash out at his servants and Madame Xi was no exception. It was okay, though. Whatever abuse Diablo dealt upon her was worth it, for Madame Xi had her own agenda that she needed to see through to the end. 

Many centuries later, Diablo hosted a contest for female demons and the winner was selected as his bride. One of the demons who entered the contest was a woman named Othello. Unbeknownst to anyone else, Othello was the very woman Madame Xi was waiting on, for she knew she would be the one to end Diablo's reign and become Babylon's newest ruler. Othello won Diablo's contest and became his bride shortly afterwards. As the Queen of Babylon she was still subservient to her husband. Othello lived a luxurious lifestyle, but often felt Diablo's wrath whenever he believed she stepped out of line. Madame Xi often consoled Othello and the two became close friends. Madame Xi even began alerting Othello of various events before telling Diablo, and what she did tell him wasn't as concrete as what she told his wife.

A few years later, Othello gave birth to Diablo's firstborn, Mihoshi, which brought Diablo great dissatisfaction because he wanted a boy as his firstborn. Othello then become miraculously pregnant with another child she named Helliin. She received a warning from Xi a few months prior, but Othello thought the vision was bullshit. It was at that very moment that Othello decided to fully confide in Xi and made her swear loyalty only to her. Madame Xi accepted this, and the two women worked together in their quest to remove Diablo from the throne as he was becoming more erratic with each passing day. 

Eventually, Diablo became scornful towards Hellin, a child who was not his blood but forced upon him because of the unorthodox way she was birthed. Diablo also sensed the young demon's potential and wanted her powers for himself. Madame Xi knew this day would come and made sure to prepare Othello for the moment when Diablo made his move against an infant Hellin. That night, Diablo intended to make good on his plans to get rid of Hellin and take the young demon's powers for himself. After fucking Othello, he made her drink a serum that put her in a heavy sleep. Unfortunately for him, Othello knew this would happen and made the proper preparations to counter the serum's effect. Diablo then attempted to kill Hellin, but his plans were thwarted because Othello had turned his guards against him. When Diablo realized that Othello knew of his plans, it was already too late. Othello killed him before retrieving her daughter. All of this was thanks to Madame Xi, who plotted against Diablo centuries prior when she intentionally joined his kingdom to make way for Babylon's future ruler, Othello Strongs.

After Othello became the sole ruler of Babylon and ran the queendom to her liking, Othello thanked Madame Xi for being loyal to her and rewarded her loyalty by making Madame Xi her right-hand woman. Madame Xi also assisted Othello in raising both her biological daughters, Mihoshi and Hellin, as well as her adoptive daughter, Orsela Geno. Madame Xi wasn’t always able to decipher future events, but the ones she did fully understand, she told Othello immediately, which aided the Queen in protecting her throne. 

One might wonder: If Madame Xi has such a grand foresight, why not take Babylon for herself? The truth of the matter is Madame Xi is more than happy to serve as long as the ruler is someone she respects and Othello, despite her promiscuity, fits Madame Xi's vision for Babylon perfectly.

TRIVIA

1. Madame Xi is a demon of Chinese origin because her ancestor was human prior to being reborn a demon, which explains her strong Chinese physical appearance despite being a full-fledged demon.

2. Madame Xi is one of the strongest seers in her universe and has the potential to become one of the strongest seers in the Onyxeverse.

3. Madame Xi is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese as well as her respective demon tongue and English.

4. Madame Xi hasn't seen her brothers since they left the house. There are no hard feelings among her and her siblings, they simply live different lives; she has confirmed that both Yim and Fei-Long are still alive.

5. Othello is not the type to keep female companions because of her disdain for most women outside of her daughters, and she views many women as pests. Othello; however, is very warm towards Madame Xi because of her high trust in her. The only time she's stern towards her is when she is enforcing her authority over her citizens of Babylon.

Three years ago while working a case, Detective Michelle Kim learned about the tragic death of her best friend, Delilah Batista. Delilah committed suicide in her home country of the Dominican Republic. Devastated by the shocking news, Detective Kim took some time off to attend her friend's funeral. She went to DR a few days before the funeral to do her own investigating concerning her friend's death. Being a telepath as well as a highly skilled detective, Michelle combined her abilities and accessed records of Delilah's forensics and visited the morgue where the body was being kept. Upon seeing her friend's dead body for herself, the detective was outraged that none of the experts could tell that Delilah did not commit suicide but was obviously murdered. 

Detective Kim then picked up on some sort of foreign energy emitting from her friend's dead body. It was a mental cloak placed on Delilah by someone or something that tricked anyone who encountered the woman's body into believe that her death was a suicide. Thankfully, Detective Kim possessed the mental prowess to see through the sinister illusion. She took a trip to her friend's now abandoned home to find more clues about her death. While everything seemed to be how Delilah left it before her passing, Kim went to her friend's bedroom and found a treasure chest. She noticed a diary inside. Reading her friend's diary, she learned that Delilah was pregnant and had contacted her brother, Jude, to help her deal with that matter. Yet, none of the reports concerning Delilah's death ever mentioned her being pregnant nor anything about her having a brother. Regardless of what happened the night of her friend's "suicide,” Detective Kim knew she needed to find Jude in order to learn the truth. 

Presently, at the 1578th precinct located in Paraben Town, one of the seventy-five states of Mayland, Detective Kim was overworked with various cases and was becoming agitated by her colleague. Her superior noticed that Detective Kim needed some time off and sent her home with pay for the next few days. While not happy to have been sent home like she was some child, at least the next few days of downtime allowed her to finally seek out the very man who held the truth behind what happened to her best friend three years ago. A few months ago, she found none other than Jude Batista residing in the Bronx on Ogden Avenue and West 168th Street alongside his nephew, Caden Batista. She remembered in Delilah's diary that she revealed she was pregnant. Detective Kim was fairly certain that Caden was her friend's child. Yet, how did the baby end up in the uncle's care? That along with many other questions she was going to get answered! Sadly, Detective Kim was going to soon regret ever becoming invested in learning the truth surrounding her friend's death.

Meanwhile in the Underworld, Johanna, the Demon Warlord of Pride and the leader of the other Warlords, called a meeting with all her fellow Warlords with the exception of Apollyn. Apollyn was somewhere in the Mortal Realm adventuring with her best friends, Jia Xiaoyu and Nara Asamura. The Demon Lords present were Leviathan, Koga Yukimaru, Othello Strongs, Lisa-Alice, and Ivan Petrov. Upon completing their general briefing on various issues within their home world, Johanna brought up a topic concerning her relative, Caden Batista, in the Mortal Realm. Othello, in particular, looked annoyed because she already knew that Johanna was going to be in need of her services once again.

Johanna: Now, before I adjourn today's meeting, I have some news I’d like to share with the five of you, particularly you, Othello. According to my seer, my fellow relative of Lord Paimon, Caden, alongside his human uncle, is going to encounter turbulence in the form of a mortal telepathic detective of the name Michelle Kim. Therefore, I need you, Othello, to ensure that the detective, Caden, and his uncle’s paths never cross. You will handle this problem for me, and this time do the job right!

Othello: I did my job right three years ago, Johanna. If it wasn't for me, that man would’ve gone to jail for accidentally killing his sister, which he only did to protect his nephew who is also your relative! I even placed a mental cloak on that bitch's body, so anyone who encountered it would believe it was a suicide. Unfortunately, it seems that Michelle cunt managed to see past my mental cloak placed on Delilah's body. Exactly why in the fuck did she even investigate an incident that happened in the Dominican Republic? Isn't her ass a detective in Mayland or something?

Lisa-Alice: A shot in the dark here, but I'm guessing that Michelle and Delilah were very close friends. Despite the incident happening in a whole different country, Michelle learned about her friend's passing and has been obsessed with learning the truth ever since.

Ivan: Sounds logical, but that shit was three years ago, Lisa-Alice. Why is this bitch still trying to find out what happened to her friend?

Leviathan: What’s three years to cretins that can live to be seven hundred if they don't die sooner? I'm guessing this Kim person learned the whereabouts of Lady Johanna's relative and plans on confronting him and his mortal uncle.

Johanna: That's exactly what she intends to do, but Othello will intercept her, or else!

Othello: Save you're threats for someone who gives a fuck, Johanna! I'll deal with the bitch because she pissed me off! Not because of your fucking order! Now give me the location of Caden and Jude, so I can make sure to personally handle this dipshit detective!

Koga: Why not send your daughter, Hellin, to handle the matter for you?

Othello: Capable as my baby is, she, Orsela and her usual friends are off on an adventure in Europe. Besides, this is a matter I personally want to handle.

Johanna: Caden has a divine prophecy he will fulfill in the future, and I refuse to allow some urchin to throw it all to turmoil! Othello, see to it that Detective Kim regrets ever digging so deeply into the death of Delilah!

Hours later in his home, Jude enjoyed a relatively quiet evening with his most favorite person in the world, his three-year-old nephew, Caden. Watching various cartoons and listening to preschooler themed music, the duo chowed down on chicken nuggets and french fries. While the past three years have been kind to them, especially since they lived in Mayland, Jude always worried that the truth behind his sister's death would be uncovered, which would cause the peaceful life he enjoyed with Caden to end. While Jude didn't mean to kill his sister, he had zero regrets in saving his nephew's life. Caden was all that mattered to him now, and he ensured that Caden had the life a child deserved, regardless if he's half-demon. 

Minutes later, the pair heard a knock on the door and they proceeded to answer it. Opening the door, the pair faced a tall and buxom dark-skinned woman who reminded them of actress Vanessa Williams, but with a darker hue and long yellow hair. Wearing a purple dress with matching shades and a mulberry colored trench coat, the woman immediately removed her shades before Jude could get a word out. She used her powers to take control of him. Caden immediately sensed that the woman in purple was a demon, and prepared to use his demonic abilities to break the hold on his uncle so they could fight her. The woman turned to Caden and sent him a telepathic message. "Little Caden, I give you my word that I don't mean you or your uncle any harm. However, a very bad lady is on her way and I have to protect the two of you. Please trust me, little one, as I'm going to need to put you and your uncle to sleep for a bit. Once I take care of the bad lady, the two of you can enjoy cartoons... okay?" The woman's sweet and sincere voice soothed the worried half-demon toddler. She then used her powers to take over both of their minds. The woman then made Jude pick up Caden before heading to their room and falling fast asleep. Then she made herself at home and awaited her actual target. 

Detective Kim arrived at the home of Caden and Jude two hours later, unaware of the ill fate that awaited her. Using her telepathic powers, she sensed two individuals sleeping in the house. Obviously, it had to be Jude and Caden, the very reason for her arrival. Checking that her gun was ready in case the situation turned into a fight, Detective Kim knocked on the door. There was no answer. She noticed by her fifth knock that the door was unlocked. Cautiously, Detective Kim turned the knob and proceeded to enter the Batista home. Flicking on the light, she was shocked to see a woman dressed in purple sitting on a brown sofa. Recognizing by the woman's eyes that she was a demon, the detective swiftly drew her gun and aimed it at her.

Detective Kim: Who the hell are you? What is your purpose here, demon!

Othello: I had planned to get gang banged by three well-endowed demons this evening, but because some bitch decided she needed to pry into matters that didn't fucking concern her, I had to take my fine ass from the comfort of my empire and wait for a pathetic insect like you to show up!

Detective Kim: How did you... where are Jude and Caden!

Othello: They are alive. They’re just sleeping, so I can do what I need to do here without any unnecessary interference. That being said, you will not be talking to either of them. I know the reason you're here, detective, is to find out what really happened to your good friend, Delilah. In short, your fucking friend was a nutjob that planned to murder her own baby. Thankfully, Jude caught her in time and prevented Caden's death. However, in doing so he accidentally ended up killing his sister, your "best friend". Jude, not wanting to rot in prison for a crime he unintentionally committed in order to save his nephew, quickly cleaned up what he could before getting Caden and him the fuck out of the Dominican Republic. They now live peacefully here in New York, and it will remain as such; which is why I'm here to deal with you!

Detective Kim: Bullshit! My friend would never hurt her baby... unless... OMG!

Othello: As her best friend, you knew about your friend's disdain for demons. Unfortunately, she got too drunk on her last vacation and ended up getting her pussy nutted up by a demon. Realizing that she was pregnant and was carrying a Cambion baby, your friend began scheming on how to get rid of her baby. Had she not gotten Jude involved, she may have been successful. Sadly, she failed to notice the bond Caden and Jude formed upon laying eyes on one another and thus, brought about her own demise. Just as you have for being a nosey bitch who didn't know when to leave well enough alone. I'm absolutely disgusted that a bitch like you saw through my mental cloak, but now I get to make you pay!

Immediately, Detective Kim attempted to shoot Othello, but Othello cast a spell that made her gun jam. Othello then said to her, "No, no, no! Can't have any evidence that anyone was here when I wake Jude and Caden. Instead, let's have a little telepathic battle. Your mind against mine. Who will prevail?" 

Detective Kim engaged Othello in telepathic combat as she used her skills to wear Othello down. Despite Othello's best efforts, Detective Kim managed to overwhelm her before shutting down Othello's mind. The telepathic battle exhausted Detective Kim, but she was grateful that her telepathic skills surpassed that of a demon … or so she thought. In reality, upon Detective Kim walking through the door, she had already fallen victim to Othello's mental manipulation. The telepathic battle she thought she won was merely Othello playing one of many tricks on the detective's mind. Detective Kim was horrified upon seeing Othello still sitting on the sofa, staring back at her with a callous snake-ish smile.

Othello: So, did you have fun? Did you think you were going to defeat the naughty demon and avenge your friend? How absolutely fucking nauseating! You should’ve just moved on with your pathetic life instead of trying to avenge a demon-hating scumbag who plotted to murder her own baby! Now, I'm going to make you regret every single decision that led you to this very moment.

Detective Kim: If you think killing me is going to make this go away, you're sadly fucking mistaken. All that will do is leave a trail that will come back to Jude and Caden.

Othello: Oh, baby! What I have in store for you requires you to be alive. After all, killing you would be boring, considering how you’ve inconvenienced me. Instead, I'm going to make everyone who ever respected your sorry ass see you for the fucking joke you really are. I'm going to turn your mind into mush before reforming it to properly represent the lunatic you are.

Othello proceeded to use her telepathy to psychically torture Detective Kim, breaking her down little by little. The detective was utterly helpless to do anything about it. Othello transformed Detective Kim's mind into a that of a murderer. She first made sure to have the detective leave the Batista household quietly before the detective headed back on her journey from New York to Paraben Town. Othello then opened a portal back to her home of Babylon before releasing Jude and Caden from their slumber. 

During Detective Kim's trip back to Paraben, the detective murdered two female sages and three male sages. Upon arriving back at 1578th police station, the detective shot at her colleagues, injuring two, before being put down by an energy blast from Officer Travis Mansilla, which caused her heart to stop beating. Afterwards, Detective Michelle Kim was buried. Not a soul attended her funeral. Her relatives were ashamed, friends disgusted, and the detective had fallen from grace in the public eye. Michelle Kim was remembered as a disgrace and would remain such for all eternity. 

Shortly after the events, life proceeded normally for Jude and Caden. Unlike his uncle, Caden didn't forget his meeting with the lady in purple, and would be cautious if their paths ever crossed again.

BACKSTORY

Mihoshi is the eldest daughter of Queen Othello and the only child of the deceased former ruler of Babylon, Diablo Rojas. The day Mihoshi was born was bittersweet because while Othello was happy to give birth to her beautiful demon baby, Diablo was pissed off that Mihoshi was a girl. He desired a boy as his first born. Before his unexpected death, Diablo was an abusive husband to Othello and also abused Mihoshi. Despite this, Mihoshi loved her father and believed once she became older, she would prove herself to be a daughter worthy to carry on his legacy. Upon the surprise birth of her sister, Hellin, everything changed for Mihoshi. During the time leading up to his demise, Diablo treated all three women awfully and would often ridicule Mihoshi for not showing the same potential as Hellin has during their infancy. (NOTE: The infancy age of a demon is from birth to the age of 25-years-old because demons can live practically forever if they’re not killed). This caused Mihoshi to develop hatred towards her younger sister and vice versa.

One night while Mihoshi and Hellin were sleeping in their shared room, Diablo, along with two of his servants, entered the room and snatched Hellin out of bed. Mihoshi only pretended to be asleep and saw the whole thing happen. The next day she saw Hellin back in the castle with their mother as news of Diablo's death spread throughout Babylon and eventually the entire Underworld. Mihoshi was devastated that her father had been killed. She believed Hellin had something to do with it. Thus, Mihoshi promised herself that someday she would make Hellin pay for murdering her father. She was unaware of Diablo's true murderer. Many years passed as Othello raised both her biological daughters alongside her adoptive daughter, Orsela, to be proper representations of Babylon.

Mihoshi, although a skilled assassin, it was not something she cared for, unlike Hellin. Instead, Mihoshi showed interest in growing her mother's empire and influence throughout the Underworld. Othello, therefore, put her in charge of the money, which made the Strongs, and by extension Babylon, a very wealthy empire within the Underworld. Some of their influence even spread to the Mortal Realm. Mihoshi continued generating profit for her mother and herself, thus making Babylon richer and richer. Over the years, Mihoshi gained an extremely vain personality. She values money over people and dislikes anyone below her tax bracket. Mihoshi ultimately hopes she’ll be the daughter chosen to rule Babylon someday.  She hopes to eliminate Hellin and Orsela before that time comes.

TRIVIA

1. Mihoshi was inspired by the character Mihoshi Kuramitsu from the anime Tenchi Muyo, but none of the character's perky personality; just the name, skin and hair color.

2. Mihoshi also takes inspiration from Anna Williams from the TEKKEN series.

3. Despite being inspired by Anna, the younger sister of Nina Williams from the same series, Mihoshi is older than Hellin by 15 years.

4. Mihoshi’s physical appearance resembles that of American actress Regina Hall.

5. Mihoshi is one of the strongest characters in the FORBIDDEN/Onyxeverse. Despite this, she prefers not to engage in physical combat. She finds fighting beneath her. If engaged in battle, she tries to kill her opponent as quickly as possible.

Bio: An extremely powerful demon miraculously conceived by Othello, the Queen of Babylon, Hellin was considered both a blessing and a curse to the Babylon empire. Despite her unexpected birth, Othello embraced her daughter and trained Hellin to become a powerful demon and a potential successor to her throne. She was raised with her elder sister, Mihoshi, to become what their mother envisioned as the perfect Princesses of Babylon; especially now that Diablo, the former ruler of Babylon, was dead. Privately, Hellin was glad that Diablo was dead because he was not fond of Hellin because she was not his biological child. The former ruler of Babylon was also physically abusive towards her, in addition to being abusive towards her mother and sister. Even though the circumstances surrounding his death remained a mystery, it didn’t matter to Hellin. 

Othello would eventually adopt a young demon girl named Orsela Geno who lost her mother and fellow villagers because of a war in the Underworld during that time. Hellin and Orsela quickly became close, which was good since Mihoshi utterly despised Hellin; mainly because she believed Hellin had something to do with the death of her father. The three sisters were raised by Othello to be lead examples for the denizens of Babylon. 

Many years later, Othello introduced Hellin to Mayland's current ruler, King Onyx. After having met the King of Mayland, a world that exists outside of the Underworld, Hellin couldn't help but notice they shared a nearly identical physical appearance. She wondered if the King was somehow connected to her mysterious birth. At first, Hellin felt hatred towards Onyx. Following her mother's warnings and growing close to the King over many years, Hellin’s hatred towards him had lessened significantly. She even began to view him as a brother. Nonetheless, not knowing the exact nature of their unique bond remained irksome for her. 

Hellin continued serving as an assassin and protector to her mother's Queendom. She worked with Onyx and other heroes of the Mortal Realm to combat villainy wherever it reared its ugly head; being both a hero and a villain depending on her duties that day. Hellin went about her downtime dealing with an internal conflict that she never even shared with her adopted sister and best friend, Orsela. Hellin didn’t quite know what her future held or what her destiny would be, and she didn’t really want to think about it. Her purpose was aiding her mother and helping Onyx as often as she could. Hellin ultimately just wanted  to be remembered as one of the strongest demons that ever lived. She desired to have her name added to the mythos of powerful demons that came before her.

1. Hellin Strongs is a creation I have had ever since I was a child. I gave her names such as "Vanessa Lowlife" and "Lady Hellstrike" Hellin was also created to serve as an alter ego for myself.

2. Hellin Strongs is the second youngest daughter of Queen Othello. The eldest is her biological sister, Mihoshi, and youngest is her adopted sister, Orsela Geno.

3. Hellin takes influences from many of my favorite video game characters growing up such as Nina Williams from the TEKKEN series & Cammy White from the STREET FIGHTER series.

4. Hellin is very headstrong and overly confident in her fighting abilities, often causing her to get into unnecessary fights. Thankfully, her comrades are able to keep her out of trouble most of the time.

5. Hellin is an extremely powerful telepath, but finds it cowardly to rely on such a powerful ability, which is why she prefers hand-to-hand combat and using her fire manipulation powers.

Back Story

Early Life

Born Othello Thalia Contessa Strongs, she is the youngest child of battle hardened succubus, Hellina Strongs, and Reptilian Demon, Cervantes Rocha. Along with her elder sisters, Margarita and Euryale, Othello lived a relatively normal life as a demon in the Underworld. While her childhood was far from terrible, Othello didn't like her mother's strict ways and even worse, how frequently she made her daughter train in vigorous combat whenever she wasn't on a mission for The Demon Warlord, Leviathan; which unlike her sisters, made Othello very distant from her mother. Othello; however, worshipped the ground her father walked on because of how gentle he was towards her. Whenever he could, Cervantes would persuade Hellina into letting him spend time with Othello while she focused her time on training their elder daughters. Othello enjoyed plentiful fun activities with her father while traveling to different places in the Underworld. Cervantes kept his secret promise to his wife to train Othello to manipulate poison and ascertained that she possessed telepathic abilities as did he. Since their daughter didn't take too well to being trained in a rough manner. So while Othello enjoyed quality time with her father, he also made sure that she became a proficient manipulator of poison and unlocked her telepathic skills. He began to teach her to hone her talents, although Othello was years away from being as skilled in using her mental powers as her father. Centuries passed and Othello and her sisters grew into beautiful and strong demons. However, Othello would soon experience her first heartbreak as a big war broke loose within the Underworld. 

Both her parents and sisters enlisted to fight for Leviathan's Kingdom. Othello chose to stay home, believing herself too beautiful to be on a battlefield, much to her mother's dismay. The 87th Underworld War lasted over 7 years, and many demons lost their lives. Although both her sisters managed to survive the gruesome war, unfortunately their mother and father weren't so lucky. Angered that Othello wasn't fighting alongside her family. Margarita and Euryale kicked her out of the house. Hurt by the loss of her father and now without a home, Othello remembered a conversation she had with her father many years ago: if she didn't follow their family's footsteps and become an assassin for higher ranking demons then she should become an escort. He told her if she chose to go that route to travel to Esolam and seek out a succubus named Iszat Cresswell. Havin no other option, Othello decided to use what money she had and journey from her hometown of Shenol to Esolam. Upon finally meeting the famed succubus, Madam Iszat, Othello was dazzled by her astounding beauty. Madam Iszat knew that Othello  would become her most prized girl and would bring in upscale clientele.

Working as an escort, Othello had the luxury of sleeping with many wealthy and high-ranking male demons. She even slept with a few Demon Warlords during those years. One day Othello was requested to accompany a Grim Reaper by the name of Maximillion Knox to an important event. Upon meeting him, Othello sensed how powerful he was to the point where it both aroused and terrified her. Knox; however, was not attracted to Othello. He only brought her along because the event required a plus one. It didn't hurt that Othello was drop dead gorgeous and would take a lot of eyes off him. During the event Knox couldn't help but feel anger towards her. Not due to anything she did, but he could sense her potential and was furious that she wasted it being a high-class prostitute. After the event Othello attempted to make out with the Grim Reaper, but he shrugged off her advances quickly and quite harshly. Angry and confused Othello attempted to attack him, but found herself easily overpowered by the Grim Reaper. He held his scythe to her throat as he belittled her. Fearful that Knox was going to kill her, Othello unwittingly unleashed a psychic assault on his mind. The psychic assault caused him great pain, but not enough to knock him out. Knox mercilessly grabbed her by the neck, but stopped himself from taking her life. Instead her commanded her to follow him back to Madam Iszat's manor as he made her promise to not bring up this situation with her benefactor. Othello reluctantly agreed and followed the Grim Reaper back to her home. Surprisingly, Knox would continue seeing Othello when she wasn't busy entertaining a client. The two often spent time talking about life and the various struggles in the Underworld as a new war had begun. The war would keep Knox away from her for quite some time. Before that happened, the Grim Reaper had convinced Othello to create a Soul Bond that allowed them to find each other no matter where the other was at. 

Life for Othello was rather normal. She did miss being able to talk to Knox because he was the only man who appreciated her for what she had, and that had nothing to do with her body. Still, Othello enjoyed sex and therefore had no problem with her occupation, but whenever she could she would hone her telepathic abilities and teach herself various demonic spells. One day after returning to the manor from seeing a client, Othello was summoned to Madam Iszat;s quarters. The moment she stepped foot in her boss's quarters the unimaginable happened. Iszat wrapped her hands around Othello's waist and tried to force herself on her. Othello, who had no sexual desires towards women, was repulsed by her boss's actions. Enraged, she struck Madam Iszat with a psychic pulse that sent her flying over her desk. Furious that her call girl attacked her, Madam Iszat demanded that Othello leave her manor at once. Othello did just that and stayed at a local hotel. Unsure of what her next move would be, she was shocked to get a call from Madam Iszat, asking her to return to the manor. Heading back to the manor, Othello was able to hear the thoughts of passing by demons as if they were speaking to her. As she reaches the manor her telepathy stops working. Instead of suspecting something bad was about to happen, she simply thought her powers were just acting up. She was unaware that Madam Iszat had plotted her revenge, and placed anti-telepathy runes throughout her manor. Upon arriving at the manor, Othello was ambushed and brutally beaten and raped by three male demons.

Madam Iszat maliciously puffed on a cigar and watched as Othello was violated. Once Madam Iszat felt she suffered enough for her transgressions, she ordered the demons to throw Othello's ravaged and bloody body into a nearby ditch for the Maggot demons to devour. Fortunately, a group of demons found Othello and took her to a hospital. While most demons would heal on their own, because of the horrific trauma she had endured her body couldn't heal as fast as it should've, which put her at grave risk. The next day, barely alive, Othello saw Knox by her bedside. Not in his human form but as the terrifying Grim Reaper. He was beyond furious to see what happened to his friend. He knew by her bruises what was done to her and who was responsible. Knox then vowed to avenge his friend before leaving. To his surprise, Othello grabbed his bone hands, which let him know that she just wanted him to stay by her side. Her regenerative abilities started to kick into high gear. Othello made a full recovery five minutes later. Knox and her then left the hospital and decided to start a life together. Something dark had awoken within Othello after that horrifying night. She not only wanted to get revenge someday, but Othello also desired to gain such a status within the Underworld that would give her the power to instill in other the indelible fear she felt on that tragic night.

Breaking The Only Man's Heart Who Ever Truly Loved Her

Over the next few centuries Othello and Knox became lovers, and lived a relatively normal life for demons. Knox was the provider as they agreed upon, going on various missions to keep money in their home. However, Othello, now highly proficient in the use of her telepathic powers, often ventured out of the house and manipulated weaker demons into giving her various valuables such as expensive dresses, jewelry, and whatever demonic arts they had knowledge of that she could later teach herself. Each passing day, while her love for Knox was genuine, she became more dissatisfied with her ordinary life and wanted to become a woman of high status. That opportunity would soon present itself, but at the cost of losing the one man who was ever true to her. The Demon Lord Diablo Rojas, the current King Of Babylon, was hosting a pageant in search for the perfect bride. Despite being in a relationship with Knox (who was away on a mission for Lady Johanna, the ruler of Satan's landing), Othello decided to enter the pageant in hopes of being chosen as Diablo's bride. 

The contest began simple enough. Othello easily passed the initial challenges and made it to the finals. The only woman standing her way was a demon by the name of Vivi, whose beauty rivaled Othello's, and who Diablo himself expected to win the whole thing. The last contest was a fight to the finish, and the demoness left standing would be Diablo's bride. Although Vivi was no slouch, nothing could prepare her for the devastation Othello had in store. Using all the powerful spells she'd learned over the many decades and the relentless battle style Knox had taught her, Othello had not only overwhelmed Vivi but had killed her without a second thought. Disappointed that Vivi was dead, Diablo was nonetheless satisfied that a beautiful demon like Othello would become his bride. The two married shortly after the conclusion of the contest. Othello quickly abandoned Knox. He meant nothing to her now. Finally, she was a woman of status, and would reap nearly the same benefits as her husband, being the newly crowned Queen of Babylon.

A few weeks later, Knox confronted her while Diablo was away at a conference with his fellow Demon Lords. Knox was beyond angry that the love of his life would go behind his back and marry another demon. Instead of showing remorse, Othello scolded her former boyfriend and told him he meant nothing and he was just a stepping stone until something better came along. Knox was so enraged that he again placed his scythe to Othello's neck, but Othello was now stronger than she ever was before. Othello struck Knox with a powerful psychic bolt that caused him more pain than he ever felt. She then threatened to have him hunted down like a dog if she ever saw him again

Shortly afterwards, Othello gave birth to her first child. A daughter she named Mihoshi Yemaya Strongs-Royas. This made Diablo furious because he wanted his firstborn to be a boy. This caused him to physically lash out at Othello. While most women in Othello's position would have ran away from their abusive husband, she knew that it was better to stay with him because being the Queen of Babylon guaranteed that she and her daughter would have a better station in life than going it on their own. Besides, Othello never truly loved Diablo; especially after he became increasingly abusive to her and even Mihoshi. On top of that, there was his infidelity, which wouldn't have bothered her if she was allowed to fuck other demons. Othello knew if she dared cheated on Diablo, not only would he have killed her but Mihoshi as well. So, she plotted to remove her husband from power. One day while she and Mihoshi returned home from an event hosted by Johanna, Othello mysteriously became pregnant with a baby that was not made with Diablo. The miraculous baby within her, unlike Mihoshi, caused her unimaginable pain as its presence grew stronger. Initially, Othello didn't know how this happened to her but her psychic abilities increased as well. She saw that her former lover, Knox had impregnated a mortal Holy Woman named Rosemary. Because Knox' baby had unearthly powers from conception, the pregnancy threatened the life of the mortal mother. Knox had magically transported some of the baby's essence inside through their Soul Bond. He'd hoped this would save his wife from dying. Despite the pain Othello felt, she knew that if she managed to give birth to this child that the payoff would be tremendously in her favor... and she was right.

Rosemary did give birth to her child, Onyx, but the Holy Woman died in childbirth. Her death caused Knox unspeakable grief. Othello, on the other hand, successfully gave birth to her second child, Hellina "Hellin" Sandra Lee Strongs. A child that was simultaneously her biological baby and the other half of the newly born Onyx. Diablo knew that his wife didn't cheat on him. He was furious that not only was she somehow impregnated and forced to give birth, but that it was another fucking girl. Unlike Mihoshi, who was his blood, Hellin meant nothing to him and he had intended to have the child killed. Othello, having sensed her husband's intentions, knew that she had to start preparing to assassinate him. Not only was Hellin her daughter, but she both physically and mentally felt how powerful Hellin would become, and she refused to let a soon-to-be dead King take away her greatest asset. Diablo tolerated Hellin for a few years and subjected her to the same abuse as her mother and older sister. Diablo prepared to have Hellin kidnapped one day when Othello was asleep. However, he underestimated how connected Othello was to Hellin, and that his little plan would work to her advantage. One night after sleeping with his wife, Diablo forced Othello to drink a serum that had properties to put a demon into a heavy paralyzing sleep. Believing that the serum had done its job, he ordered two of his men to accompany him as he went to take Hellin out of the room, making sure not to awaken Mihoshi. Bringing Hellin to his secret hideout, Diablo planned to absorb Hellin's life force because he, too, felt the child's power and wanted it for himself. 

Right before Diablo made his move, his guards attacked him from behind. Before he could react they mercilessly tore away at hime with their fangs. Able to fight them off, Diablo angrily grabs hold of them and rips them both in half. Diablo realized something was off. He knew his guards would never just attack him for no reason, let alone so savagely. Stepping out of the shadows, Othello appeared, which shocked Diablo to his core. Diablo now realized that Othello had countered the effects of the serum and had tracked him down. Diablo knew Othello used her telepathy to overtake his men's minds. Although still recovering from his injuries, he charged at her. She easily sidestepped her husband and transformed her right hand into a mulga snake and struck Diablo in one of his open wounds. Despite his best efforts to fight the poison it proved too much for him. Diablo died within seconds. Othello then ran over and retrieved Hellin, thankful that her daughter was safe. She then sent a telepathc S.O.S. to the reaming guards of Babylon, and pretended to be heartbroken over Diablo's death. Thanks to how his death appeared that his guards had turned on him, not a soul suspected Othello. And if they did, she would just kill them. Now with her husband out of the picture, she alone was Babylon's sole ruler. All hail Queen Othello of Babylon...

Othello Really is The Underworld's IT GIRL

Othello, now the exclusive ruler of Babylon, made some nice changes for herself and her daughters, Mihoshi and Hellin. She eventually adopted a demon girl named Orsela Geno, who also served the Babylon Kingdom; just with more privileges compared to the other servants. She played an influential role in Onyx's life, who was still unaware of his true origins. (Knox abandoned Onyx on the doorsteps of his eventual foster father Tobirama Senju after the death of his mother, Rosemary. Many years later, Onyx would avenge his foster father's death. His foster father had been killed by Mayland's Ruler, Queen Ida. Onyx would kill Queen Ida and become Mayland's next ruler and has been in power since). In addition, Othello exacted her revenge on her former employer, Madam Iszat, along with the three demons who'd raped her many centuries ago. Along with becoming Queen, Othello would also gain her husband's former title, The Demon Warlord of Lust and had the powers to prove her worthiness of such a title, much to the dismay of her fellow Demon Lords, especially Johanna. Now finally in the position of power she always desired, Othello made certain that she'd maintain that power for numerous centuries to come, with her daughter working alongside her

On a quiet Sunday night, a young man dressed in risque pink attire hung out alone in an amusement park. This individual was none other than Mayland's current ruler, the 135th King, Onyx Carnival. Normally, the King would either be hanging out in his room, out on an adventure, or spending time with his lover, Sung Jin. Tonight, the King was alone as he reflected on his thoughts as of late. With everything that was going on in his life, along with his ongoing issues with his ally and rival, Hellin Strongs, the heaviest thing on his mind was the anniversary of his foster father's, Tobirama Senju, death. Onyx remembered when he was only four-years-old, he and Tobirama watched Saturday morning cartoons together. Onyx also remembered the character named Jolly Elisa who had heterochromia with one of her eyes being blue and the other sea green. Onyx had wanted eyes just like hers since he at the time had the typical red eyes of a demon. Thanks to the encouragement of his father, Onyx had managed to change his eye color from red to one being blue and the other sea green. Onyx recalled that despite people often giving him a rough time for being half-demon growing up, Tobirama's love for him never wavered. Tobirama taught Onyx the ways of the world along with training him to be more than proficient in hand-to-hand combat. Even after reaching adulthood, Onyx continued to happily live with his father for many years as they were closer than any father and son could ever imagine. Sadly, that all came to an end when the ruler of Mayland before him, Queen Ida, had his father assassinated. While riding on a carousel, Onyx used a quick spell to activate the ride before laying his head and upper body on the electronic horse. While tears rolled down his face the King fell off to sleep as he dreamed a dream he had many times before; one filled with great sadness and pain.

Covered in the blood of his father's assailant, the half-demon, Onyx Carnival, rushed over to his dying father, Tobirama Senju. Tears rolled down his face as Onyx begged his adoptive father not to die. Alas, the injuries he sustained in battle were too great. Onyx held onto his adoptive father for the few moments they had left together. Tobirama told Onyx how proud he was to be his father and that he was so lucky to find Onyx on his doorstep so many years earlier. He was thankful to the parents that left their child on his doorstep to raise as his own. Tobirama reminded Onyx of everything he taught him from childhood to adulthood, and that no matter how cruel the world becomes, never stop being a kind person and helping others as often as possible. His father then asked Onyx to use his telepathy on him to learn the truth behind his father's fatal attack. Upon using his telepathy, Onyx discovered that Tobirama was a former assassin who was an ally of Mayland's then ruler, Queen Ida. Unbeknownst to him at the time, Queen Ida had wanted Tobirama to become her righthand man and gave him many years to serve by her side, but he declined every offer. Eventually, Queen Ida had enough of his defiance and sent a multitude of assassins to kill him and his son, if necessary. While Tobirama managed to stop most of the assassins, one of them got the best of him. That assassin would end up being defeated and killed by Onyx. Despite learning about his father's less than stellar past, the half-demon's love for his foster father never diminished and he would always be thankful for the love Tobirama had shown him over the years. 

Onyx kissed his father's forehead as he passed away, sobbing while still holding his father in his arms. A woman dressed in funeral attire then appeared. Instead of wearing typical black, the woman dressed in purple and the outfit had a sexual appeal to it. That was to be expected from Babylon's Queen, Othello Strongs. The Queen stared at the crying young man holding his deceased father with a look of pity and a hint of annoyance. Othello then walked over to Onyx and placed her left hand on his head and began communicating with him via telepathy.

Othello: Tobirama is dead, Onyx dearie. Holding him in your arms and crying isn't going to bring him back to life.

Onyx: Why did my father have to die? He was no threat to Ida, yet she had him killed because he wanted to live a normal life. I want to make her pay for sending her assassins to kill him! I'm going to make her suffer if it's the last fucking thing I do! Othello... SHE HAD MY FATHER MURDERED! I'LL NEVER FORGIVE HER!

Othello: And you shouldn't, but you know it would be unwise to just simply go and kill Ida. Bad enough the reputation of demons in the Mortal Realm is still bathing in dogshit despite how relations have changed between demons and non-demons over the centuries. Demons are still a very hated race and half-demons, like yourself, aren't seen in a much better light. However, it's been ten years, so it's about time a certain someone has to fight to defend her throne.

Onyx: The Devilry Combat Tournament?

Othello: Precisely, my dear sweet Onyx. It's the law of this land that whenever ten years pass, Mayland's current ruler must host a tournament full of potential replacements to their throne, and the challenger that outlasts the others gets a shot at removing the current King or Queen off of their throne... permanently!

Onyx: But that tournament is for those born from the Mortal Realm only. Besides, never in the history of Mayland rulers has there ever been a half-demon, like myself, or any demons for that matter. Lastly, I do not desire to become ruler of Mayland anyways.

Othello: But you desire revenge, right? Unless you would rather use illegal methods to deal with Queen Ida? Of course, if you fail to assassinate her, not only would you be executed, but life for demons and half-breeds, like yourself, would become even harder in this realm. Do you really want that for our kind? Furthermore, are you not a citizen of this realm? You were birthed by a mortal mother in a church located in Arundel, one of the seventy States in Mayland. Therefore, you have as much right to enter the Devilry Combat Tournament as the rest of the beings of this realm.

Onyx: Can't argue with facts. IF I do enter the tournament, defeat all the other competitors, and fight Ida, what happens if I end up defeating her? I do not want to become Mayland's 135th ruler.

Othello: But you want to avenge your father? Well, if you're okay with Tobirama being unjustly murdered then I guess you shouldn't enter the tournament. Bury your father and enjoy the satisfaction of him being nothing more than a memory. However, something tells me if the situation were reversed, Tobirama wouldn't hesitate to avenge you. That man loved you like you were his own from the very day he found you on his doorsteps. Don't let your father's death be in vain, Onyx Carnival! Worry about what happens after you've killed Ida. Don't be selfish and use your powers to exact vengeance upon the woman who murdered the only family you've ever known.

Onyx:...Okay... I'll enter the tournament and exact my father's... no, MY REVENGE! First I would like to give my father a proper burial and, of course, ask you for some quick training before I start my journey to the Royal Lands.

Othello: Now that's the spirit! I'll be more than happy to teach you a few tricks along with the Seduction Spells, and to improve your telepathic abilities. Now, let's put an end to our private telepathic chat and bury your father. Then we'll begin your training before your journey to the Royal Lands.

Onyx buried his beloved foster father, Tobirama Senju, whom he spent many happy years with only to lose him in such a tragic way. Onyx then trained with Queen Othello in preparation for the Devilry Combat Tournament. While traveling to compete in the tournament, Onyx met a demon man named James Del Soto, who was being pursued by assassins. After slaying the demons who attempted to kill James, the two became fast friends as they traveled together to the Royal Lands. Onyx then entered the tournament with James entering alongside him in order to increase Onyx's chances to battle Mayland's current ruler, Queen Ida. Defeating many strong opponents along the way, Onyx eventually had a battle to the death with Queen Ida. Defeating the sadistic Queen and avenging his deceased father, Onyx ended up becoming the 135th King of Mayland, and the rest is history.
