Rodney possesses the magical abilities to manipulate his target(s) emotions, purple colored energy manipulation, and turning his skin into amethyst. Rodney is from Rogue Town, one of the seventy five states within Mayland. Rodney is not per say a villain but he's certainly not one of the heroes within the Mortal Realm
