SEVEN HOURS AGO
A few minutes past midnight. A young sage by the name Asher Basia was training in the Midor Forest. While honing his fire based magic, Asher was being watched by two mysterious figures. Sensing he was no longer alone in the forest. Asher quickly used his flames to light the surrounding area. Asher immediately spots two standing by the bushes. The first being a tall muscular male with spiky russet colored hair. The other a petite buxom female with a earthy yellow color bob. Now faced up against two menacing adversaries. Asher sets his body ablaze as he prepares for battle.
Asher: I don't know who you people are, but you dare interrupt my training? Now I will burn you both into crisp!
Ava: Oh my big bro. The fire user is really heated up by our interference
Philip: Is that so sis? Well let's see how hot he is once I start pounding on him. Course I'll just do enough to knock him out.

A new day has arrived as the sun's light shines on Okubi's soft caramel skin. In spite of his very long night sleep. Okubi wakes up feeling rather tired. Hoping to gain a few more minutes of rest. Okubi's ambitions are quickly shattered by the arrival of Eligos
Eligos: GOOD MORNING MASTER OKUBI! Are you ready for yet another exciting new day?
Greatly anger by his servant's loud wake up call. Using his ability to touch spirits. Okubi viciously grabs Eligos into his hands. Shaking the demon spirit severals times before releasing him. After a few seconds later. Eligos recovers from his vicious shaking by Okubi.
Eligos: MASTER OKUBI THAT WAS VERY MEAN OF YOU! I thought you were not going to hurt me anymore?
Okubi: And I thought I could get some more sleep. Instead I'm forced awake by my annoying friend and servant. Besides I only promised not to hurt you regularly. However if you irritate me like you just did. I will punish you accordingly. Now let me get some more sleep

The citizens of Begonia spot King Onyxe and immediately surround Onyxe and the others

The peace of the Bellflower Carnival now ruined. Citizens begins to evacuate the area as Xiaoyu chases after Brutality. Following right behind Xiaoyu are Okubi, Angelina, and Anna

Hitting the ground hard after being hit. Brutality quickly rises to her feet, holding her injured shoulder. Fearing another deadly attack from her pursuer. Brutality runs into the Midor Forest. Meanwhile Xiaoyu begins to scold Okubi
Xiaoyu: What the fuck did you just do that for? I had that bitch dead to right
Okubi: First of all watch who the hell you're talking too! Second did you already forget about showing off your powers?

A new day has arrived as the sun's light shines on Okubi's soft caramel skin. In spite of his very long night sleep. Okubi wakes up feeling rather tired. Hoping to gain a few more minutes of rest. Okubi's ambitions are quickly shattered by the arrival of Eligos

Greatly anger by his servant's loud wake up call. Using his ability to touch spirits. Okubi viciously grabs Eligos into his hands. Shaking the demon spirit severals times before releasing him. After a few seconds later. Eligos recovers from his vicious shaking by Okubi.

Apollyn: Apollyn is so confused? Why are all these sages being kidnapped yet they aren't descendants?
Angelina: Even ordinary sages can be targeted by evil Apollyn. However something about these kidnapping are rather unusual. Targeting sages who only uses a singular type of magic. Onyxe may I ask you the powers the missing sages posses?

Okubi: A water, earth, wind, and fire sages all being kidnapped. Why do I get the feeling someone is trying to perform a sought of ritual? One that requires sages that specialize in one particular magic?
Xiaoyu: I heard stories about such a ritual. I believe it's called "Call of the Elements"!

Eligos: However that ritual also requires a sage that uses purely light magic and one that uses dark magic. So whoever kidnapped the missing sages, still needs to find a light sage and dark sage. Otherwise the ritual will be incomplete
Apollyn: Isn't Xiaoyu buddy a light sage? Also Okubi buddy uses dark magic
Okubi: Yes I use dark magic Lynn, but I do not qualify as a sole dark magic user. I can also manipulate fire, water, ice, and another magic I rather not name

All of them will remain vigilant should Asher's kidnappers make another appearance. Merely seconds after the heroes arrival. The citizens of Begonia spot King Onyxe and immediately surround Onyxe and the others

Eligos: Even if the kidnappers are right underneath our noses. Without any sign of a light magic user. They will more than likely not make any unnecessary moves
Anna: Meaning unless Xiaoyu or any other pure light user shows off their powers. The kidnappers won't reveal themselves
Xiaoyu: Well we didn't come all this way for nothing. We are going to find Asher and the other sages kidnappers. Even if I have to make myself an open target

Following Okubi's orders, Eligos goes to find Onyxe and Apollyn. While Okubi and the girls chase after Xiaoyu. Standing only inches away from the food stand. Xiaoyu spots a scantly clad woman in yellow. Holding in her hand a cheese burger, large fries, and blueberry soda. Attempting to not cause a scene. Xiaoyu calmly walks up towards Brutality. However upon spotting Xiaoyu walking towards her. Brutality instantly drops her food and starts running
Xiaoyu: Oh you fucking bitch! I'm going to so murder your sorry ass
The peace of the Bellflower Carnival now ruined. Citizens begins to evacuate the area as Xiaoyu chases after Brutality. Following right behind Xiaoyu are Okubi, Angelina, and Anna
Okubi: Dammit Xiaoyu! Couldn't you had not let your hatred towards Brutality get to you?
Xiaoyu: Okubi I do not give a rat's ass about anything right now. I just want to end this bitch!
Angelina: Xiaoyu don't you think it's rather odd Brutality is running away instead of fighting?
Anna: I agree with Angelina. I only know what I been told about Brutality, but I'm not getting this vicious killer vibe from her right about now
Okubi: While her aura is still the same. Brutality doesn't seem like the same woman we encountered before
Xiaoyu: Well I did catch her with her guard down. Perhaps that's the reason she's acting different
Okubi: Don't be dense Xiaoyu. Anyone who knows better can see somethings different about Brutality

Filled with an enormous amount of animosity towards Brutality. Xiaoyu begins creating a fearsome energy of light in her hands

Okubi: WATER HOLD!
Right as Xiaoyu unleashes her attack towards Brutality. Okubi creates a puddle of water around Xiaoyu's feet. Causing her to only strike Brutality's right shoulder instead of her entire body. Hitting the ground hard after being hit. Brutality quickly rises to her feet, holding her injured shoulder. Fearing another deadly attack from her pursuer. Brutality runs into the Midor Forest. Meanwhile Xiaoyu begins to scold Okubi
Xiaoyu: What the fuck did you just do that for? I had that bitch dead to right
Okubi: First of all watch who the hell you're talking too! Second did you already forget about showing off your powers?
Xiaoyu: Those fuckers aren't here anyways. Now if you don't fucking mind. Please release my feet from this puddle of water
Okubi releases Xiaoyu from his Water Hold, but before Xiaoyu could run after Brutality. Okubi grabs ahold of Xiaoyu's left arm
Okubi: Xiaoyu get ahold of yourself now!
Xiaoyu: Why can't any of you understand? That bitch is responsible for my friend's death. Along with many countless others. If I don't take her out now. Who knows who will be next on her hit list?
Okubi: Regardless of the many sins Brutality has committed. That's no damn excuse for you behaving like a mad woman
Xiaoyu: Fine have it your way Okubi! We'll just let Brutality get away
Angelina: Even with her natural healing abilities. Brutality has to rest in order to heal. Meaning there's plenty of time to catch her
Anna: Hopefully we can go after her as a team this time

Okubi: As do the rest of us. Now let's go into the Midor Forest and capture that monster
While the heroes were focused on calming an enrage Xiaoyu. Both Ava and Philip watch gleefully from the shadows. Knowing they have just found their next and final victim
Ava: So the Chinese girl does posse light base powers
Philip: Purely light based powers at that. Unfortunately capturing her won't be easy like the others
Ava: Oh brother don't let her friends scare you off
Philip: Me scared? You surely jest my dear sister. I just be forced to beat the crap out of the light users allies. Perhaps even killed them
Ava: Well as long as we bring the light sage back alive. The rest are canon fodder.

Dream Of Darkness
DREAM OF DARKNESS
Once both King Onyxe and Hellin had exited the castle. While everyone else was enjoying themselves. Doing whatever their heart desired within the castle. Okubi did not share the enthusiasm of the others. Instead Okubi had decided to go to bed. Without telling a single soul goodnight. Okubi along with his servant Eligos, headed upstair to his assigned room. Entering his room minutes later. Okubi undresses himself and throws on his silk lavender night gown. Laying in bed looking very down crest. Okubi remains silent as Eligos looks on with concern
Eligos: Is everything alright Master Okubi?
Okubi: Is everything ever alright Eligos? Considering everything we have been through until now. I can be feeling much worse. Also before you even ask me why I didn't wish Xiaoyu and the others goodnight. I simply wasn't in the mood. Besides it's not like anyone would notice anyways. Too busy stuffing their faces, playing video games, or making out. I have no time for such foolishness. They know I care and that's good enough
Eligos: Something you wish to talk about Master?
Okubi: Not at all Eligos. I just want to get some sleep. Who knows what will awaits us tomorrow
Eligos: Still bothered by the encounter with Janiel from earlier?

Bothering his Master no further. Eligos plants a kiss on Okubi's cheek and disappears. Finally closing eyes for bed. Okubi falls asleep in a matter of seconds. Deep within his dream, Okubi finds standing in a graveyard, completely naked. Feeling very nervous about his gloomy surrounding. Okubi decides to navigate the graveyards. Hoping to understand why is he here in the first place. Passing by the first few tombstones. The names on them are those of fallen heroes who existed eons ago. However as Okubi continues walking through the graveyard. Okubi begins recognizing names of people he currently knows. Naznim Sherwat, James Del Soto, Yura Mikan, Hisako Miki, Onyxe Blade. Horrified by the very though of them being dead. Fearing what else he would encounter in the graveyard. Okubi knew he had to keep moving forward. Nearly having navigated the entire graveyard. Okubi encounters the very thing he dreaded most. The names of his beloved friends and teammates Xiaoyu, Apollyn, Lisa, Nara, Angelina, Hellin, Anna, and surprising Eligos. However the most shocking with a tombstone that read "Okubi Vice, death at the hands of Mastema".
Stunned by such a horrifying revelations. Okubi immediately falls to his knees before his grave. While crying heavily in his hands. Okubi fails to notice his fallen comrades rising from their graves. Running without anywhere to go, Okubi begins fearing for the worst. Having done his very best to avoid the undead. Okubi has finally found himself corner. Unable to run or defend himself. Knowing their was no way out. Okubi's soul filled with unimaginable despair. The half demon dropped to his knees. Accepting the dark fate that awaited him. Successfully trapping Okubi in a corner. The undead cease their movement towards him. Instead they spread apart from each other. Allowing a yet known entity to makes it way towards Okubi. Staring up at the mysterious figure approaching him. Okubi begins to wonder should he try to fight back. However before Okubi could make any sudden moves. Standing before him is no other than Janiel. Looking down at the naked demon with a demented smile. Janiel then grabs Okubi by his throat. Lifting the petite half demon off his feet. Griping Janiel's right arm with both his hands. Okubi tries to prevent the demon from chocking him
Janiel: Well well well isn't it Asira's chosen hero? Just look at you... absolutely pathetic! While you were able to fool the others with your pretentious behavior. I see you for the pathetic little boy you really are Okubi. Now rot into nothingness worthless half demon

However right before Okubi completely changes form. Janiel and his undead army vanishes before his very eyes. Everything around him slowly going black. Okubi feels his mind drifting away as well
The scenery quickly changes back to Okubi's room. Showing the half demon still asleep in bed, but still surrounded within his sinister aura. Floating above Okubi are both Eligos and the Grim Reaper Knox. While Okubi had fallen asleep. Eligos had arranged for his Master to undergo a deadly trial. One that would either make him stronger or destroy him completely. While Eligos deeply regretted betraying his Master's trust. The demon spirit also knew Okubi needed to become even stronger. Using his power to temporary mute Okubi's hearing. Knox begins to converse with Eligos
Knox: Believe me when I tell you this Eligos. I did not expect for Okubi to survive this trial. Not even most full born demons can handle a Demonic Dream Trial! Never did I imagine a half demon doing so well. While usually a bad dream or nightmare never kills anyone. A Demonic Dream Trial tests a demon's will to live. Surviving a Demonic Dream Trial can vastly increase a demon's power, but the price of failing is death
Eligos: I just couldn't believe I actually asked you to do this to Master Okubi. However I knew how worried he was about Janiel. My greatest fear would be losing Okubi to that monster
Knox: A demon of Janiel's powers and capabilities is very fearsome. Even worst the bastard has Forbidden in his possession. At least now Okubi's chances to defeat Janiel have greatly increased. Course it may take more than a Demon Dream Trial to help Okubi and the others
Eligos: That is indeed very true Knox, but now with Master Okubi's power increased. I'm nearly certain he will able to handle any future threats
Knox: I just hope the demon Okubi eventually transforms into doesn't become a greater threat than Janiel. Even when a demon survives a D.D.T. Surviving the incredible and dangerous events within Coram. Along with having encountered the mastermind behind the Children of Ruin, the infamous demon Janiel. Returning safely back to the Royal Lands hours later. Once entering inside of his castle. Onyxe immediately calls for his servants. Upon greeting their king, Onyxe orders his servants to get the heroes settled in. After enjoying a nice dinner with his friends. Moments before anyone could make sleeping arrangements. Onyxe makes an announcement to his guest
Onyxe: Well as you all know from earlier. The former Queen of Coram, Adama Snow has been found guilty for multiple crimes. While I was hoping for tomorrow to deal with that situation. Sadly I must meet with government officials tonight. In order to deal with this matter. Just when I thought I had enough on my mind. Anyways I will be back tomorrow morning hopefully
James: Onyxe do you want Yura or I to tag along
Onyxe: Not at all James buddy. However I would very much like Hellin to come with me

Besides unlike me, you will always be on The Order's "To Kill List". It's only thanks to Onyxe, The Order hasn't come to Asira to murder you

Anna: The Order are demons of honor if nothing else
James: By the way Anna, where did you get those tarot cards of yours?
Anna: One of The Order decease assassins gave them to me as a gift. I'm currently able to summon twelve of the fifty two cards I posses. My tarot allies mean a great deal to me. Even the ones that I cannot use in battle yet
James: That's a very nice thing to say. I would say I raised you to be such a good woman, but I know good and well I can't take credit for that. Neither can your mother unfortunately. I'm truly sorry once again
Anna: No need to keep apologizing father. Be grateful I no longer want to kill you
James: So are your tarot cards the only tools you have in battle?
Anna: I'm very skilled at making various potions and I'm very capable in hand to hand combat. No need to worry if I can handle myself in a fight father
James: So you don't know how to wield fire like your old man?
Anna: I do not
James: Would you like me to teach you?
Anna: I think not father
James: Why?
Anna: Honestly? I'm just not interested learning anything from you
James: Wow, that's pretty damn harsh
Anna: I could be harsher, but I won't
James: Anna you do understand I never meant for any of this to happened. I never wanted to spend centuries wondering if my daughter is dead or alive. Unfortunately circumstances prevented me from searching for you. Had I believed many centuries ago The Order would spare your life. Nothing would had prevented me from rescuing you
Anna: Just so we could continue living on the run? Life would be easier remaining with The Order until a safer opportunity presented itself. Father I get that you love me and never wished anything bad to happen to me. Unfortunately actions have consequences and being the child of two traitors. My life was a reflection of my parent's poor decision. Never will you know the agonizing pleasure. Living amongst demons who despised your very existence. The only reason I'm alive today wasn't out of The Order's pity. They simply didn't see no value in killing me. Master Ulric's words still ring in my head til this day. "A child of traitors has no value. Even the shit out of one's assholes is more valuable. That is why we haven't killed you". To think the very man who betrayed them has more value than me. Do you know how much that hurts to know?
James: Anna that isn't fucking true at all! You have more value than every individual I have ever meet. Even more so than Onyxe himself
Anna: Are you really saying the man that saved your pathetic life has less value than your own daughter? I never knew you thought that little of Onyxe
James: Seems to me you been around Othello way too long. I'm not saying Onyxe doesn't mean anything to me. Am just saying you, my daughter means the world to me. Anna... are you about to cry?
Anna: My eyes are a bit teary, but if you think I'm going to burst into tears. Running into your arms and start screaming to you "Why did you abandon me papa?" Then you have another thing coming. I'll sooner renege on my promise about killing you than cry before you. Trust me I know what it's like to cry. Queen Othello made certain of that. However you're not worth a single fucking tear drop from my eyes father. I understand now how much you love me, but you will never understand how badly you hurt me. Maybe in time I come to love you. Almost as much as you love me. Yet no matter how long either of us live. Never will I ever forgive you. Because forgiving you means forgetting about all the bad. All the hardships I had suffered by your actions. I know your life wasn't easy, but why did I have to suffer as well? Anyways now that's off my chest. I'm ready to call it the night. Who knows what trouble tomorrow will bring. Fortunately depending on how you look at it. The two of us are at much better terms. Wouldn't you agree father?
James: Better, but far from great
Anna: It's better than it was before. Only a few days ago. I would had killed you on sight. Now I just don't really like being around you. Have a good night father. See you at dawn
James: Goodnight to you too sweetheart
Watching his daughter exit the balcony into the castle. James reaches down and grabs his half drank beer bottle. Sipping on his drink nice and slowly. The demon reflects on his conversation between his daughter and him. Tears forming around his eyes. James continue to drink his liquor in silence. Hoping tomorrow will bring him a new opportunity. One that will draw him closer to his daughter

Hey viewers this is a rather small update. I just finished revising Chapter 14 of FORBIDDEN. No huge changes. Just spelling errors fixes and a few dialogue changes. Overall the story for the chapter remains the same
