Joe Higashi: A powerful and handsome Japanese Muay Thai fighter and friend of the Bogard Brothers. Joe is a skilled fighter who uses his ability to create burst of wind and his Muay Thai skills in combat. After years of fighting alongside Terry and Andy in the KOF tournament and not getting his desire results. Joe decides to form a team with Robert Garcia and Ramon fellow fighters who also represent the Tiger. Together the three fighters form TEAM TIGER
Robert Garcia: The friend and rival of Ryo Sakazaki and the love interest of Yuri Sakazaki. Rober despite his mass wealth due to being born into a rich family always desired to become the greatest fighter in the world. While he previously only fought alongside Ryo and his Master Takuma. Robert decides to team up with Joe Higashi and Ramon for this year's KOF tournament
Ramon: A mighty and handsome Mexican wrestler known by many as The Strongest Human In The World. Ramon has wrestle against many great wrestlers and emerged triumphant. Ramon who always seeks a good challenge enters KOF tournaments occasionally but hasn't managed to get the big win. Teaming up with Joe and Robert to form Team Tiger. Ramon hopes to finally get his major win in KOF

Kukri: A mysterious hooded man who wields the powers of sand. Kukri had meet Evanora two months prior of the KOF tournament where she first gave him a personal invitation. Kukri was then tasked to find two more fighters to join him in the tournament. Unknown to Evanora, Kukri had intentionally caught her attention in order to get into the tournament to complete a special mission given to him
Xanadu: A male prisoner who personality can be considered both wacky and intelligent beyond human comprehensive. After having managed to escape the underground prison he was held in Xanadu encounters a hooded man in black. The two men engage in a small battle until the hooded man ceases to fight. Confused at first the hooded man explains himself to Xanadu. While Xanadu cares not for the KOF tournament, but if the Hooded Man will keep him from being recaptured. Xanadu agrees to join him the tournament
Luong: A yoga instructor from Vietnam who is also skilled in her self taught style of Tae Kwon Do. Luong was seeked out by Kukri who has heard from various people about her exceptional fighting skills. While Luong wouldn't normally travel with strangers but due to business at her studio being rather slow. Luong decides to travel with Kukri and Xanadu to the KOF Tournament
