Bandeiras Hattori: The son a Brazilian mother and a Japanese father. Bandeiras spent his early childhood in Brazil but before his teens moved to Japan. Taught by his father the way of ninjutsu Bandeiras vowed to become a great modern day ninja. Along with his close friends Iori and Daimon. Bandeiras enters KOF to put his skills to the test
Goro Daimon: Japan's greatest judo master and family friend of Iori and the Yagami clan. Daimon reluctantly teams up with his friends to compete in this years KOF tournament

Kyo Kusanagi: A college student and man who keeps to himself. While appearing as the typical Japanese man, Kyo Kusanagi in reality is a merciless fighter who not only wields his own family power but the curse of Orochi as well. Kyo Kusanagi is also the rival of the musician Iori Yagami who desires nothing more than ending the man's life. While walking home one from his girlfriend's house Kyo was approached by two mysterious figures. A woman who calls herself "Mature" and a man name Ryuji Yamazaki. Both which are members of The Hakkesshu and they inform Kyo that Iori will be entering this years KOF tournament. Refusing to pass an opportunity to slay his foe joins the two Hakkesshus in participating in this year's KOF tournament
Mature: Real name Vivian, Mature is a loyal servant of the God Orochi and The Hakkesshu Of LIGHT Mature is able to manipulate her light energy to create vicious slashing attacks and energy geysers. Alongside her lover and fellow Hakkesshu Ryuji Yamazaki. Mature searches for a man name Kyo Kusanagi in order to complete their special mission
Ryuji Yamazaki: A sadistic man and The Hakkesshu of CHAOS Ryuji alongside his lover Mature works to complete of work of their Lord Orochi. Aiding Mature in hunting down the man named Kyo Kusanagi in order for the three of them to enter the KOF tournament
